CUSTOM BMW R100 CAFE RACERS BUILT TO ORDER
Boxr Moto builds one-of-one BMW R100 motorcycles for clients who value craftsmanship over convention. Each commission begins with a classic BMW platform and is reimagined in-house at our workshop in Erie, Pennsylvania. With more than sixty custom BMW R100 builds completed since 2018, our process has been refined through repetition, discipline, and focused mastery of a single platform.

We build exclusively on the BMW R100 because focus creates mastery. By working within a single platform, we refine every mechanical and structural element to a consistent standard. Frame modifications, stainless exhaust systems, suspension geometry, and finish work are executed in-house to ensure control from fabrication to final assembly. The result is a motorcycle that feels cohesive, balanced, and purpose-built.

We accept a select number of commissions annually to maintain focus and precision. Each project moves through a structured process to ensure every project leaves our shop like new from the BMW factory

Although our workshop is based in Erie, Pennsylvania, our clients are not. Completed motorcycles are professionally transported across the country, arriving fully commissioned and road-ready.
